Market Size and Addressable Market
Providers of insurance supporting services sector (Broker and Agents) in Jordan & MENA region. We start in 2010 and 2011 in Jordan and get 10 leader brokers client in Jordan and we want to expand our market to reach MENA. Just in Jordan we have more than 1300 addressable client, we expect that there is around 100,000 clients in all over MENA region. We expect that we will have 10 client in 2012 and 12 client in each next year so that we will have 58 client in the end of 2016. And that’s percent is 0.058% of all market size which we accept it in worse case.
Business Model
Our sources of revenue will include revenue from selling software solution after 1st year software warranty we add 20% of the price revenue as maintenance contract.
Competition
Existing competitors currently address only one or 2 aspects of BAIS value proposition. Competitors include few companies and individually solutions and also many programs and support companies to cover all they need with a high like for example system for accounting , HR, archiving and excel sheets for insurance. And many of our customer depend on insurance companies system to help them that produce not accurate number and not take care of their clients and sub clients.
